The British Property Award considers a wide range of data to make this decision, such as the percentage of properties listed resulting in being sold or let agreed, as well as the online presence of each agent, including how the properties are being presented. Once all the comprehensive data has been collected, a clear winner will be rewarded. This process is considered to be one of the most comprehensive and reflective in the industry.
