Val Simcock has lived in Upton since 1994 and has good knowledge of the surrounding area.  She has worked in the Upton office from the year 2000, becoming office manager in 2004. Val brings passion and professionalism to the firm, having qualified as a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents in May, 2003. 

Shelley Beckett has lived in the area since 1992 and has good local knowledge. She joined the Upton office in February, 2007 and is proud to be the youngest member of our team and has recently qualified and become a member of the National Association of Estate Agents!  Shelley is full of energy and helps the firm to provide a personal and professional service.         

Upton upon Severn is a small riverside town in South Worcestershire with a population of approximately 3,000. Despite its size Upton is certainly much bigger in character and charm.

Each year the town hosts three spectacular festivals: the Jazz Festival, Blues Festival and the Folk Festival.

Upton offers a wide selection of shops and activities, from fishing tackle to a famous map shop, art galleries and old book shops to the skills of the blacksmith.

It is very accessible from many large towns including Worcester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, and Stratford-upon-Avon and has easy access to the M5/M50.  The town and has its own school, Upton C of E Primary School.
